“Take care of your mind.”
Small things can make a big difference—rest, water, movement, and time with people who lift you up. Taking care of your mind is just as important as your body. 🌱

“Let’s talk about it.”
Talking about what’s going on inside can feel scary—but it can also bring relief. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Your voice matters. 🗣️

Some days are just harder—and that’s real. You don’t have to pretend you’re fine. Your feelings matter, and you deserve support. 💙

On Thursday, April 23, our fourth grade classes took a field trip to the St. Louis Zoo. The students enjoyed learning about animals from around the world while completing a zoo scavenger hunt, making memories, and having fun with classmates. It was a great day of learning beyond the classroom!

Thank you to Benld Adopt-A-Pet for hosting the MOHS Scholar Bowl Team’s Service Day. Students raked leaves, hauled rocks, and made treats for the animals before spending time socializing with several dogs and cats. 🐶🐈
