Mt. Olive Elementary School Principal Karrie Scheller Honored with Award of Meritorious Service by ISBE
Mt. Olive, IL – Mt. Olive Elementary School is celebrating a significant achievement as Principal Karrie Scheller has been honored with the Award of Meritorious Service by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) – Those Who Excel program for the 2024-2025 school year. This prestigious recognition highlights Principal Scheller’s dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the students, staff, and community of Mt. Olive.
This honor marks the second consecutive year that a Mt. Olive educator has been recognized by ISBE. Last year, Mrs. Gallia, the art teacher at Mt. The Those Who Excel program, hosted by ISBE, recognizes outstanding educators and administrators across Illinois for their exceptional contributions to the field of education. The Mt. Olive community extends heartfelt congratulations to Principal Karrie Scheller on this remarkable achievement. Her dedication to education continues to make a profound impact, shaping the future of countless students and educators.
